Construction Standards and Options

Custom Cabinet Construction

• Cabinet All sides, bottom and tops are 3/4" Premium Veneer Plywood. Back 1/4" Premium Veneer Plywood provides a solid connection to walls. No plastic, no drywall screws, no fake wood on cabinet sides.

• Door and Drawer Fronts Both made from solid 3/4" wood that is hand selected for grain pattern and color.
• Drawers Constructed of 7 ply Baltic birch 1/2" thick and dadoes in the corners, with moisture and stain resistant easy clean finish.
• Drawer Guides Commercial grade full extension ball bearing guides. Side mounted. Rated for 75 lbs. 1/4" bottoms.
• Doors  Solid 3/4"wood rails and stiles with panels based on your design . Can include raised panel, flat panel, rope moldings, custom moldings, built to match existing doors or whatever you want to create.
• Door Hinges Six way, top of the line, self-closing concealed hinges. This gives a clean appearance.
• Toe Kick Kitchen and Bath Cabinets have inset matching grain and color. Custom cabinets have a built out custom base molding of same wood that gives a furniture look too built-ins.
• Shelves All 3/4" thick with a solid wood front with edge profile to match cabinets. All with moisture and stain resistant easy clean finish.

Deluxe Options

• Dovetail drawers Solid Maple wood sides with half-blind dovetails on all corners. 5/8" thick with soft rounded top edges and moisture and stain resistant easy clean finish
• Undermount Drawer Guides Full extension 75 llb. Soft close Blum guides. Undermount guides give a cleaner look with more aesthetic appeal. You will love the soft close sturdy construction of these guides. I highly recommend the upgrade.
• Soft close Door Hinges Closes doors without slamming and cabinet door bounce back. With a turn of a hand screw you can close slower or faster depending on your preference.
